Lucky has a full team of expereienced engineers from multidisciplinary professions and can provide full stream of engineering services to our client from engineering design, prototyping, tool fabrication, engineering verification, production aids design and fabrication as well as industrial engineering.

Product Engineering Design

Based upon a complete turnkey philosophy, Lucky can provide the full stream development and production for our client from just a simple concept sketch. Our experienced product engineers upon receipt of the concept from client will have a design meeting with our full team of mechanical engineers, electronics engineers, tooling engineers, production engineers as well as industrial engineers. The team will have a concept feasibility study based on the product definition or specifications provided by client and to evaluate the design approach that should be based on when working out the product construction. Upon a compromised design approach with consideration to not just the functional requirement, but also safety, reliability as well as manufacturability concerns, is generated with the proven discussions among the team, the product engineer will proceed the detailed engineering design.

To facilitate the engineering design process and to provide the best services to our clients, Lucky is operating on those CAD/CAM systems that are commonly adopted in the industry, including Pro/Engineer, Unigraphics, SolidWorks, MasterCam, AutoCAD. Clients just need to provide design data in whichever format they like, and Lucky can do the rest for them. All the engineering designs will be in 3-dimensional format for clients to visualize and review the details before the physical model needed to be made.

Prototyping

Upon the final engineering design review and confirmation on the design criteria by the clients on CAD system, Lucky can then proceed on the prototype model making for clients to let clients really feel the product design and validate all the functional requirements physically.

Lucky can also decorate the prototype as final look-like so that clients can even take them for other sales and marketing purposes.

Mold Fabrication

Lucky has in-house mold shops that can fulfill all the mold fabrication demands from all the production bases. With the fully computerized numerical controlled equipments being used and the complete integration with the CAD/CAM systems, the mold design data that was created by our experienced tooling engineers can directly be transferred to the machines for accurate and precise mold fabrication without the concerns of human errors that may happened using traditional methods.

Engineering Verification

Production Aids Design and Fabrication

In order to achieve consistence production product quality and high production efficiency, the production engineers will design and tailor-make jigs and fixtures, on-line test jigs and line automation equipment that best fit with the production for a specific product.

Industrial Engineering

Nowadays, efficiency can be a key factor for profit generation in a production run, Lucky has a full understanding of this and has a team of industrial engineers that utilizes those work measurement techniques, e.g. motion and time study, pre-determined time methods, etc., in production line set-up and balancing. The industrial engineers will continuously monitor the line efficiency and make any necessary adjustments to make sure the line is well balanced and with the highest efficiency achieved.
