In order to ensure all the products are conform to international standards as well as customer specific requirements, ISO 9000 quality management system together with ISO 14001 environmental management system have been used as a quality tool within our Group to ensure quality compliance with environmental performance being improved in each stage from product development to final production. Lucky has been ISO 9000 and ISO 14001 accredited since 2002 and 2011 respectively, and with all the production bases were ISO 9000 accredited now.
Our Quality System consists of all the quality management tools including Quality Manual, Quality Procedures, Working Instructions and Record which are necessary and to be consistent for all the production bases. And, these tools cover all the aspects involved in the product development & production cycle.
